Refund Policy
We want you in the program because it is the right fit, not because you feel locked in. The policy below applies to every program we run, and it is the same across all of them.
Full refund through the first week
You can request a full refund any time before the end of the first week of your program. If you decide within that window that the program is not right for you, we will refund what you paid in full, no questions asked.
After the first week
Once the first week of the program is complete, the engagement is considered underway and payments are non-refundable. This gives you a real working week to evaluate the program before any commitment becomes final.
How to request a refund
Email billing@besuper.ai before the end of your first week and we will process it. There is no form to fill out and no approval to wait on.
