Privacy Policy

Superintelligent, Inc., 2248 Broadway, Suite 1034, New York, NY 10024, United States. We run executive AI training programs. We are the controller of the information described below.

Registration details. Your first and last name, work email address, company name, the number of seats you are buying, and the cohort you select.

Billing details. If you ask for an invoice or a quote, we also collect the billing company name, billing address, and purchase order number you provide.

Payment information. Card and bank payments are handled by Stripe on Stripe-hosted pages. We never receive or store your full card number or bank account number. We do store the amount, the payment method type, a payment instrument label such as “Visa ••4242”, and the Stripe reference identifiers for your order.

Attendee details. When you assign the seats you bought, we collect the name and email address of each person attending.

Support conversations. Messages you send to the support assistant on the registration pages, along with your name, email address, or registration number if you provide them.

Technical information. Server logs and the IP address a request comes from, which we use to keep the site running and to rate-limit abuse.

Site analytics. How you reached the site, the pages you look at, and general details about your device, browser, and country. We use this to understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the programs. We do not join it to your registration record.

To enrol you and deliver the program, to take payment and issue receipts, invoices, and quotes, to send you the transactional and program emails tied to your cohort, to answer your support questions, to keep the accounting and tax records we are required to keep, and to protect the site against abuse.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.

We use a small number of service providers to run the business. They fall into these categories: payment processing, customer relationship management and email, website and application hosting, database hosting, and AI services that power the support assistant.

We publish the specific providers, what each one handles, and where they operate on our subprocessors page. Each is bound to use your information only to provide its service to us.

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

The registration pages carry an AI support assistant. It is not on our marketing pages: it runs only on the registration form, the confirmation page, the seat assignment page, and the receipt page.

When you use it, the messages in that conversation are sent to Anthropic, which generates the replies. Under our agreement with Anthropic, conversation content sent through their API is not used to train their models.

Conversations are stored in our database so we can answer follow-up questions and see where buyers get stuck. If you give the assistant your email address, the conversation is also attached to your contact record in our CRM so a person can follow up.

The assistant can look up an order you identify, but it cannot take or refund a payment, and it cannot change your order. Please do not type passwords, card numbers, or other sensitive details into it. It never needs them.

We use cookies for two things: keeping the site working while you move through registration, and understanding how people find us and what they read.

Google Analytics sets cookies that recognise a returning browser, so we can see which pages and referrals lead people to the programs. We run it in its standard configuration and we do not turn on Google’s advertising features, so it is not used to build advertising audiences or to follow you around other websites. It is not joined to your registration record.

HubSpot, the system that holds our customer records, sets a cookie that recognises your browser across visits. Until you give us your details it is anonymous. Once you register, request a quote, or send us a form, HubSpot links the pages you read on this site to your record, so that a follow-up from us reflects what you have already seen.

Your browser settings can block or clear these cookies, and Google publishes a browser add-on that opts you out of Google Analytics on every site. Neither affects your ability to register or to pay.

We keep registration and payment records for as long as we need them to deliver your program and to meet our accounting, tax, and legal obligations. Support conversations are kept so we can answer follow-up questions and improve the programs. When we no longer need information for these purposes, we delete it or remove the details that identify you.

You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email legal@besuper.ai and we will handle it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights, including the right to object to certain uses or to complain to your local data protection authority.

Some information we have to keep even if you ask us to delete it, such as the payment records behind an invoice we have issued.

The site is served over encrypted connections. Payment pages are hosted by Stripe, so card and bank details never reach our systems. Access to our CRM and database is limited to the people who need it and is controlled by scoped credentials. No system is perfectly secure, but these are the controls we run.

If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and the date at the top. If the change is significant, we will tell registered buyers by email.
